Frank Rubino dedicated to a life of service

Frank Rubino is a professor at Concordia University and teaches courses in the Department of Justice and Public Policy and the Psychology Department. Professor Rubino is a clinical psychologist, earning his Master’s degree in psychology from Madonna University. He also teaches at the Washtenaw County Police Academy on topics including Police Officer Response to Persons with Mental Illness and psychological wellness for law enforcement officers. He has a private practice for psychological services in the City of Plymouth where he focuses on trauma and first responders. Professor Rubino also retired after 19 years as a police officer.
